ii. Assign someone from your organization to assist you.

The goal of NCE meetings is to make you practice presenting your company in front of the client. Its a platform where you can groom yourself by looking at others how they Speak and present, or by being part of Education sessions & mentor sessions.

But if you really want to grow you have to be presentable and must know all these techniques.

Here, we all are from Navodaya, where the regional language is more than English (which, unfortunately, is the largest business language). So, to survive, we have only the option to learn, improve, and groom ourselves day by day.

i. With how many people do you have such a relationship with whom they shall recommend your services? joining meetings. Let you know the personnel and their business capabilities. day by day. It increases your mutual confidence. That's the main motto. Each of us should be salespeople for each other. understand It by the following story:

A group of 100 people was made to blow up a balloon, write their respective names on it, and store it in a room.
Now, once all the balloons with names were there in the room, they were given 1 minute altogether to take out their respective balloon, get the balloon with his/her name on it, and be announced as the winner.
Everyone rushed, the room was full and chaotic, many balloons got busted and a very few lucky ones could get the balloon with their name on
Then the trainer asked them to blow out new balloons again, keeping them inside the room again.
Now the instructions given were:
Pass the balloon to the person whore name is written on it. in a minute, everyone got his balloon, without any Chaos, without any tight or struggle, without bursting (losing) any balloon. That's what the concept of NCE is. We need to identity each other balloon (business opportunities), and need to pass it. For that matter, it's important to understand each other in depth. Hence, repeat repeat. repeat.

Further, other exercises like swapping business introductions among members, one-on-one meetings, annual dinners, etc., are the activities NCE offers to strengthen the bond.

ⅲ. We at NCE believe in a fair & transparent approach, we want to promote paid services. No freebies or donations. Hence, to make the group autonomous, to bear the expenses of meetings, branding, stationary, etc., it is a must for members to pay.

To ensure transparency, any member can demand an account statement/ledger/detail of expenditure, etc., to check the authenticity and details.

So, pay a commitment fee for a better community and make it autonomous & sustainable.
